My Time Makeover Begins

photo (50)Living with narcolepsy, prioritizing my time is essential for success. Lately, I’ve been slipping from myself and my goals. Letting the priorities/needs/issues of others fill my days leaves me unable to care for myself. I can’t help others until I help myself.

I must find better balance. I must learn to say no.

The next 168 hours will be filled with something,
but what they are filled with is largely up to you.”

How do you keep on track daily? Have tips, tricks or mantras?  How do you say “no” nicely?
