My Time Makeover Begins

photo (50)Living with narcolepsy, prioritizing my time is essential for success. Lately, I’ve been slipping from myself and my goals. Letting the priorities/needs/issues of others fill my days leaves me unable to care for myself. I can’t help others until I help myself.

I must find better balance. I must learn to say no.

So, today I’m starting my TIME MAKEOVER! Now, I don’t want to spend too much “time” telling you how I plan to use my “time” – it’s a bit ironic…. But I wanted to share a few great tools in case you would like to embark on a similar journey!
