My Time Makeover Begins
Living with narcolepsy, prioritizing my time is essential for success. Lately, I’ve been slipping from myself and my goals. Letting the priorities/needs/issues of others fill my days leaves me unable to care for myself. I can’t help others until I help myself.
I must find better balance. I must learn to say no.
“Take back your time.”
-Stephanie O’Dea
So, today I’m starting my TIME MAKEOVER! Now, I don’t want to spend too much “time” telling you how I plan to use my “time” – it’s a bit ironic…. But I wanted to share a few great tools in case you would like to embark on a similar journey!

“Recognize that time is a blank slate.
The next 168 hours will be filled with something,

-Laura Vanderkam
