Join Me for the First Ever Narcolepsy Webinar Series Starting Thursday 8/29/13
This Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT), Unite Narcolepsy will host the first ever webinar for the narcolepsy patient community. The webinar is free and open to anyone who’d like to participate. Register here!
This is the first in a series of four webinars to help narcolepsy advocates navigate the upcoming FDA Meeting on Sept. 24, 2013. Thursday’s topic will be “Introducing the Unite Narcolepsy Initiative” – an exciting discussion about all the ways that you can contribute to this landmark opportunity.
I am honored to be a featured presenter along with Wake Up Narcolepsy’s Executive Director, Monica Gow.
I’ve seen other disease communities use webinars as an effective way to conduct conference-like meetings without having to leave their homes (yes, you can attend this webinar in your pajamas!). I am so excited that the narcolepsy community will now benefit from this technology too.
Please register ahead of time to reserve your space and obtain instructions for joining the program on the scheduled day and time. Keep the email confirmation handy because you’ll need this info at the time of the program.
Can’t make it? We will make every effort to record the webinar programs and provide links for on-demand viewing.
Other ways to get involved:
- Take the Survey
- “Like” the Facebook Page
- Follow on Twitter (use #Narcolepsy and #PatientFocused)
Thank you for your on-going support – it’s been almost a year since I first got dressed up in my formal suit and drove over to the FDA campus to see what the FDA’s Patient Focused Drug Development Initiative was all about.
