Celebrating my 4-year Blogging Birthday

surprise blogging birthdayScreen shot 2013-11-09 at 7.23.38 PMToday, in honor of REM Runner blog’s 4th birthday, I’m unveiling the first-ever Narcolepsy Advocacy App. I’m SO excited to give this FREE educational tool to the narcolepsy community. Please spread the word!

Paulo Coelho once said, “What is Success? It is being able to go to bed each night with your soul at peace.”

The past four years have been a wild ride. There have been many highlights along with low points and setbacks. Yet today, I can truly say that my soul is at peace. The love and support of the narcolepsy community has given me wings.

Here’s where I am going:
  • I am expanding my speaking career to inspire others with my story.
  • I am founding Project Sleep – a non-profit organization to raise awareness about sleep health and sleep disorders. More info coming soon.

These ambitions are BIG, so thank you in advance for your continued support and care. Here’s to a great year ahead.

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
You’re on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go…”
― Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

I am so happy to see that, even with so much on your plate, that you are feeling so very, very at peace with your current role in life. Always know that you have a horde of supporters at your back (and on every side!).

Keep up the good word… and always remember that you can ask for help!
