Narcolepsy Awareness Video 3: Communicating Invisible Symptoms
Narcolepsy symptoms are very real, but often invisible to outsiders. I’m thrilled to release my third narcolepsy awareness video, sharing a personal story of communicating with my loved ones about invisible symptoms. The interview was recorded a few weeks ago hence the same outfit from my intro video.
To my lovely ladies: Lexie, Phoebe, Melissa and Becca – you may remember this dinner in Nantucket a few years ago. Thank you for loving and supporting me through it all.
Thank you to the amazing Alex Withrow, for creating this video. I’m the luckiest girl in the world.

It’s 0135am and even though I am mentally exhausted after a long day, I’m lying on the couch going through your videos. I was diagnosed 3 years ago and I struggle to find the experience of having narcolepsy with cataplexy adequately explained. Your efforts are appreciated, I’ll be having a look at your book. Hopefully after a good sleep 🙂
Thank you for checking out my videos and book, Stuart. Sending wakefulness your way, Julie
