Meet Me at the Lincoln Memorial: National Sleep Walk on March 3 2013

In honor of National Sleep Awareness Week, join me for the 3rd Annual National Sleep Walk in Washington DC!

Celebrating sleep health & sleep disorder awareness

When: Sunday March 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

Where: Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool Steps,
 National Mall, Washington DC (view google map)

Who: Free for all who register online. (First 100 registrants receive t-shirt!)

What to bring: Walking shoes & friends

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

10:00 – 10:30 am: Registration & t-shirt handout at Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool Steps

10:30 am: Warm up & Announcements

11:00 am: Walkers Depart along Reflecting Pool Pathway (about 2 miles)

12 noon: Walkers Return

12 noon – 1:00 pm: Refreshments & Sleep Spirit Awards
