There are videos, PDFs and basic information about narcolepsy symptoms, diagnosis and treatment along with suggestions for living well with narcolepsy – including tips for daily life, school, work and safety.

I had the honor of co-authoring and co-editing the Living with Narcolepsy section of Harvard’s website – to help bring the patient perspective.

With limited “official” information about narcolepsy on the web, Harvard’s website represents a big step forward toward raising awareness and changing misperceptions. Thank you to all those who worked so hard to make this possible!

I’ve looked at those pages and I’m impressed. A job well done by all involved!

(Now if only we could get them to do the same for circadian rhythm disorders! Our time will come.)
